Services from personal care/hygiene to medical assistance (limitations per license) in a safe, comfortable, and “home feel” atmosphere.Services are provided to the residents offering a wide-range of services tailored specifically to meet each individual's need and maintain highest possible level of functioning. It is our goal to keep you alert, independent and content. Our services include the following:

 

1. Health monitoring, assessments and care planning through our Director, registered nurse consultant/assistant and resident assistant staff

2. Assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting as needed

3. In-house physical, occupational and speech therapy services (upon request)

4. Resident Choice Meal Plan

5. Assistance with medication management and administration if required

6. Daily activity programming

7. Laundry

8. House Keeping

9. Depending on the level of care provided, the living arrangements range from semi-private to private rooms. All rooms come fully furnished with medical equipment on-site.  Residents have option to bring in own furniture.

10. Assistance with showers or tub baths

11. Cable television and telephone service

12. Assistance with personal funds by using our Resident Trust Account

13. Logistics, coordination of transportation and medical appointments

14. In-house doctor visits if required and as provided by your personal physician

15. On-site barber and beautician services

16. Comfortable common areas for reading, watching television and visiting with others

Our facility is designed to enhance quality of life and independence and will provide long term assisted living as well as respite type care.  We are staffed with experienced care-takers and employees including:

 

1. Administrator /Director: Full-time and on-call as needed

2. Resident Assistants (RA): 7 days a week, 24 hours a day

3. Registered Nurse Consultants: On-call and 24-hour on call coverage

4. Recreation Coordinator: Full-time activity coordinator and resident assistants provide activity programming 7 days a week

5. Nutritional Services (Consulting Dietician, available on an as needed basis)

6. Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists: In-house therapists are available on a fee-for-service basis through insurance, Medicare and private pay

 

Access to major hospitals, pharmacies, and other medical related clinics & facilities, such as St. Joseph Mercy, Beaumont Hospital, St. John’s Health, etc.  Haven Lee Homes utilizes volunteer and community, along with out-sourced resources to maintain level of care required by residents.
